COVID-19 SF Pick Up Procedure.

Please be patient with us, as we are doing our best to get you your items as quickly as possible while adhering to local and state regulations.

The Cookies SF Store is open for in-store shopping at a reduced capacity.  You may be asked to wait outside if we have reached our capacity.

THE FOLLOWING IS THE PROCEDURE FOR CURBSIDE PICK UP AT THE SF STORE ONLY.

Please place your order online at: www.cookiessfhaight.com. 

Wait for a message indicating your order is ready for pick up.  

We will be available daily from 12-5 PM for curbside pick ups.  

Bring a mask or other face covering with you to 1429 Haight Street, SF.  For order verification, may need to show your ID.

If there is a line, please maintain a 6' space between you and the next person in line.

The dressing rooms may be closed, and we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
